Size guide

Rinse the leash and clip with fresh water to remove dirt, mud or salt water, and use mild soap or a pet-safe detergent on a soft cloth for stubborn grime. Pat dry or air dry and store it somewhere dry. If grit gets into the carabiner barrel, shake or rinse it out instead of forcing it open, which can damage the auto-lock. Check the clip, webbing and stitching regularly.

How does the lockable handle work?

A strong buckle on the handle releases to open the loop. Pass it around a post, bench or table leg and lock it closed again; your dog stays clipped to the leash throughout.

Which width should I choose?

Choose 5/8 in for puppies, small dogs and Canny Collar sizes 1 and 2, or 1 in for medium and large dogs, Canny Collar sizes 3 to 7 and the Canny Colossus.

Steel clip or locking carabiner?

The brushed steel trigger clip is heavy-duty and easy to click on. The aluminum carabiner, offered on the 1 in leash, is lighter and locks itself shut. Both swivel 360° to help prevent tangling.
